To request maintenance, simply submit a work order through your tenant portal, email us at maintenance@sownrg.com, or call us at650.744.2316 and our team will respond as quickly as possible.

If this is an emergency that requires immediate attention, please call us at 650.744.2316

If this is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

Important Maintenance Guidelines

Tenant Responsibility:

Damage or repairs resulting from misuse or neglect are the tenant’s financial responsibility. In such cases, the work will be completed, but you will be billed for the labor and materials. This includes plumbing issues caused by improper use.

Key Release Policy:

If you do not authorize us to release a key to the vendor, you will be responsible for being available at the property to provide access for the repair.
