How do I provide notice if I receive PCS orders before my lease ends?
Simply send us a written notice along with a copy of your PCS orders. We’ll guide you through the process and make sure everything is handled in compliance with the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) and California law. -

How long of a lease do you sign?
Most of our leases are 12 months, but we can discuss alternative terms depending on your situation and the property. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security deposits follow California law. In most cases, we collect up to one month’s rent for an unfurnished property unless the owner requests otherwise. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin onboarding immediately. Once the management agreement is signed and keys are provided, we can market, lease, or take over management—usually within just a few days.
