Born and raised in California’s Bay Area, Casii built his career from the ground up with hard work, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way. His story reflects the original meaning of SOWN: “Started Out With Nothing.”

Before founding SOWN Realty Group, Casii began in insurance sales, where he learned the value of communication, consistency, and trust. He transitioned into real estate in 2019 and quickly discovered a passion for helping people build and protect their wealth through both property management and real estate sales.

Casii’s leadership style is rooted in service before profit. He treats clients like partners, not transactions, and believes that strong relationships and honesty are the foundation of lasting success. Outside of work, Casii enjoys off-roading, camping, bodybuilding, hiking, and exploring new places. He thrives on challenge and adventure, both in life and in business, and brings that same energy to everything he does.

Teresita's passion for real estate is rooted in her appreciation for the spaces people call home. After spending time living abroad in Milan, Italy, she developed a deeper appreciation for architecture, design, and the unique character that every property has to offer. That perspective continues to shape the way she serves clients today.

Teresita brings a well-rounded understanding of both property operations and real estate transactions. At SOWN Realty Group, she works closely with property owners, tenants, buyers, and sellers, focusing on clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

Fluent in Spanish and proficient in French and Italian, Teresita enjoys building relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds and helping make the real estate process as seamless as possible.

When she's not working, Teresita enjoys traveling, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and creating content. She is passionate about helping people achieve their real estate goals and is committed to making every client experience a positive and memorable one.
